The MHL (NI) Celebration Ceremony Day took place on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 at the Europa Hotel, Belfast. 86 Care Home leaders from 70 care settings across Northern Ireland took part in the 2023/24 MHL Leadership Support Programme.
The Celebration Ceremony Day is an essential part of the MHL Leadership Support Programme as it enables all Programme participants, their guests and the wider health and social care community to come together for a day of celebration, reflection and shared learning.
Participants could showcase and share their Quality Improvement Projects which highlighted the 3 key areas of Community Engagement, Transitions and Systems Integration/Meaningful Engagement. In addition, participants were able to express how the Programme had impacted upon them personally and as a group.
All participants received their own MHL Certificate and were formally welcomed as an 'MHL Associate'.
