Reconnecting with our first cohorts.
For the 1st time we provided a ‘MHL NI Refresher Day for people who had completed the programme in earlier years. We targeted cohorts 1-6 and already have interest for future refresher days from more recent cohorts. The participants really enjoyed this day and commented it was’ great to reconnect’ and ‘remind ourselves we actually still employing many of the frameworks and tools we learnt in MHL’.
