By utilising My Home Life Tools, Cohort 13 developed a short training resource to improve relationships and communication within teams. Tools used included Relationship Map, Image Cards, Language Poster. Participants also created a pre and post survey to gauge the impact of the training.  The training resource was piloted in two Care Homes with positive responses.

I feel I have changed as a leader in the way I listen. I connect better emotionally, staying with the emotion and holding back from moving on too quickly. I always think about having caring conversation as it helps when new residents are admitted and engaging with families.
